Seeking people to provide telephone technical support for our clients.

Should provide white-glove support for business software and mobile devices. 

Support duties:
-  Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), SharePoint, etc.
-  Windows OS, Linux OS (optional)
-  iPhone, iPad, Android and Blackberry mobile and tablet devices

It is important to pay must attention to detail and follow existing SOP. 

Must be team players.

-  learn new software quickly
-  flexible in terms of communications and solutions.
- French spoken 
- Good to know: .Net technologies, Web technologies, MS macros for Word and Excel
